Why Choose Accurate Forklift?
Accurate Forklift has been part of the East Point, GA business community since 1996. What started as a small local shop has grown into one of the most relied-upon forklift companies in the Atlanta area, built on repeat customers rather than big ad budgets.
We're not a national chain juggling calls from a call center three states away. When you contact Accurate Forklift Atlanta, you talk to someone who knows the local warehouses, docks, and job sites, and who can usually get a technician or a truck to you the same day.
Our team includes technicians with decades of combined hands-on experience across electric, LP, and diesel forklifts. That experience shows up in the way we diagnose problems fast, quote parts accurately, and stand behind the used equipment we sell.
50+ Years of Experience
#1 in Customer Satisfaction
35+ Years of Technician Expertise
26+ Years Serving Atlanta
Serving Atlanta and East Point, GA
Accurate Forklift is based in East Point, GA, just south of downtown Atlanta, which puts us minutes from the warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants that make up the metro area's material handling backbone.
We regularly serve businesses across Atlanta, East Point, College Park, Forest Park, Jonesboro, Marietta, and the wider metro region for sales, rentals, parts, and repair calls. If your facility is anywhere in this footprint and you need forklifts for sale in Atlanta or a technician on short notice, our local base means shorter wait times and lower travel costs passed on to you.
Being local also means we understand the seasonal demand swings that hit Atlanta's logistics and construction sectors, and we plan our rental fleet and parts inventory around that reality instead of guessing.
Buying a Used Forklift From Accurate Forklift
Not every business needs a brand-new lift truck, and Accurate Forklift built its sales program around that fact. Every used forklift we sell is inspected by our own technicians before it goes on the lot, so "used" doesn't mean "unknown."
Here's what that means for you:
- Real inspection records - you see what was checked and what was repaired before the sale, not just a mileage number.
- A range of capacities and fuel types - electric, LP, and diesel units across multiple weight classes, so you're not stuck choosing between two options.
- Pricing built for real budgets - if you're comparing a cheap forklift for sale against a new unit, we can walk you through the trade-offs honestly, including what to expect on maintenance.
- Local pickup and delivery - no shipping a forklift across the country and hoping it arrives in the condition promised.
If you're comparing used forklifts for sale from several dealers, ask any of them for full service history before you buy. We provide it as standard practice.
Forklift Repair and Maintenance You Can Count On
A forklift that's down isn't just an inconvenience — it stops loading docks, delays shipments, and puts other equipment under more strain. Accurate Forklift's service team is built to get you back up fast, not to string out a repair for extra labor hours.
Our technicians work on electric, LP, and diesel forklifts from every major brand, covering:
- Routine preventive maintenance to catch small issues before they become breakdowns
- Hydraulic, transmission, and mast repairs
- Battery and charger diagnostics for electric fleets
- Emergency, same-day service calls across the Atlanta area
When customers search for forklift repair near me, what they usually need is a straight answer and a tech who shows up when promised. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every call.

What's Difference between Rough Terrain and All-Terrain Forklift Rentals
Rough terrain and all-terrain forklift rentals both handle outdoor, uneven ground better than a standard warehouse forklift, but they're built for different jobs. Rough terrain forklifts are heavier, purpose-built machines designed for construction sites, lumber yards, and unfinished ground, while…

Forklift Rental Agreements | Hidden Fees and Contract Terms to Watch For
Most forklift rental agreements look simple on the surface: a daily or monthly rate, a delivery date, and a return date. The trouble usually shows up later, in the invoice, once fuel surcharges, damage waivers, and overtime charges get added on top of that base rate. Forklift rental agreements are…

Thank you to Michelle and Robbie who went above and beyond to repair our lift.
The part was due to be on backorder until end of year, but Michelle sent her senior tech (Robbie) out to re-visit issue and was able to pickup part that would solve issue and get our lift back up and running
Daryl Wulf
I just had some service work done on 2 forklifts and Accurate forklift made it such a quick and easy process. After 2 months of broken promises by a competitor, I contacted Michelle and I had my forklifts serviced in the same week. Kyle, Josh, and Wesley helped make this such a simple project and at a fair price
Ben Swaim

FAQs About Accurate Forklift
Where is Accurate Forklift located?
Accurate Forklift is based at 1120 Oakleigh Drive, East Point, GA 30344, serving Atlanta and the surrounding metro area for sales, rentals, service, and parts.
Does Accurate Forklift sell used forklifts?
Yes. We sell inspected used forklifts across multiple capacities and fuel types (electric, LP, and diesel), with service history provided so you know exactly what you're buying.
How much does a used forklift cost?
Pricing depends on capacity, fuel type, hours, and condition. A basic 3,000–5,000 lb used forklift typically costs less than a comparable new unit by a wide margin. Contact us for current pricing on in-stock units.
Can I rent a forklift for just one day?
Yes. Accurate Forklift offers daily, weekly, and monthly rental options, so you're not locked into a long-term contract for a short job.
What areas does Accurate Forklift service?
We serve Atlanta, East Point, and the greater metro area, along with additional coverage across Georgia and neighboring states for rentals.
How fast can I get a forklift repaired?
Most service calls in our local coverage area are scheduled same-day or next-day, depending on the issue and technician availability. Emergency breakdowns are prioritized.
Do you work on all forklift brands?
Yes. Our technicians service electric, LP, and diesel forklifts from all major manufacturers, not just one brand.
What's the difference between renting and buying a forklift?
Renting makes sense for short-term or seasonal needs and avoids maintenance costs. Buying (new or used) makes more sense if you need a forklift year-round. We can help you compare the real cost of each option for your situation.
Do you sell forklift parts to the public, or only for forklifts you sell?
We sell parts directly to businesses and individuals, including used, OEM, and rebuilt parts, regardless of where the forklift itself was purchased.
How do I know if a used forklift is a good deal or just cheap?
Check the service history, hour meter reading, tire condition, and whether the seller inspects units before sale. A cheap forklift for sale with no records is a bigger risk than a slightly higher-priced unit with documented maintenance, which is why we provide inspection details on every used unit we sell.
