Thank you to Michelle and Robbie who went above and beyond to repair our lift.
The part was due to be on backorder until end of year, but Michelle sent her senior tech (Robbie) out to re-visit issue and was able to pickup part that would solve issue and get our lift back up and running

Keith at accurate forklift is an awesome technician. He deliver top notch service to us at Sunbelt Marketing. He is always prompt in servicing our lifts. We have approximately 40 lifts. He does a good job keeping up. His side kick Austin does well for us as well. Keep up the good work guys!

In mid January I was looking for a used picker. I started working with three different companies. Shane with Accurate Forklift was by far the most informative and responsive of any. I am happy to say that due to his professionalism and his willingness to educate me through the process, Accurate Forklift got my business.

Accurate Forklift is a top notch company. I have rented forklifts from them since January 2023 and currently have one now. Westley, one of their service tech currently had to do a pm in the one we have. He did it on MY time because the lift is offsite warehouse . Wesley was very professional and he cares for his customers and loves his job.
